How we implement our Vision
We invite you to participate in the services that we offer. We strongly encourage you to join with us in implementing additional services and activities that will benefit our community and further the gospel of Jesus Christ. If you do not see an opportunity for you to either add value or benefit from the ministries of Bethel please contact us personally for clarification and additional information.
Bethel A.M.E. Church offers an opportunity for family participation in our various programs and ministries.
Sunday Church School
Preschool up to age 5
Primary ages 6 to 8
Juniors ages 9 to 11
Teens ages 12 to 17
Young Adults ages 18 to 25
Adults ages 25 and above
 
The Young People's Department

Young People's Department (YPD) meets the first Saturday of each month for all young people up to age 30 are welcome to participate.
The Junior Usher Board meets the first Saturday of each month for children 1st. through 12th. Grade.

Ministry of Music

The Janie Wideman Lambs is for children up to age 11. Rehearsals are each Friday at 6:00 p.m.
The Youth Gospel Choir is for youth from grades 5th to 12th. Rehearsals are each Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
The Adult Ensemble Choir boasts an excellent variety of sacred music and wonderful harmony. The choir rehearses each Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
The Senior Choir is second to none and relates the beautiful Spirit of every worship service. The Choir performs a wonderful mixture of hymns, spirituals and anthems. The Choir rehearsals are each Tuesday at 7:00 p.m
 
Van Service: For your convenience, we offer transportation through our van service. Please contact the church office in advance of your transportation need.
