Our Mission Statement

Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, founded on the principle of inclusion of all of God's people, believes that Christian worship is the participation of the people of God proclaiming the word of God!

Therefore, we believe it is our mission to service the vineyards of our community, to be a light to the downtrodden, hope for the discouraged and strength for the weak and forgotten. Further, it is our obligation to cultivate the fields and compel the people to come in and fill the House of God. Our aim is to please the one who enlisted us, by example.

By example, we proclaim that our Redeemer is still alive and active in this world! We are the reconciled body of Christ and through our efforts we want all to see our goodness and give God the glory. Our Vision Our vision is to help others to recognize that the glory of God has been revealed to the world. We want others to know that God has sent salvation into this world through our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ, and who-so-ever-will can have a peace which passes all understanding and a joy that the world cannot take away.
