The Adult Ensemble Choir
The Adult Ensemble Choir of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church boasts an excellent variety of sacred music and wonderful harmony. Organized in the early 1920s, the Choir’s purpose has been to contribute to the advancement of the Church’s spiritual program through music and song as deemed appropriate by the Pastor.
Since its creation, the Choir has been blessed and honored to provide the Church’s vocal and instrumental during the 10 A.M. worship service on the first Sunday of each month.
In addition to its traditional first Sunday responsibilities, the Choir has enjoyed a rich history of providing, at the request of the Pastor, the vocal and instrumental music during other programs or special services at the church or during special services at other churches.The Adult Ensemble Choir is open to all members of Bethel.
The choir rehearses each Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
